Handmade 14k yellow gold 1.6mm flat band with Ripple texture holding a 5mm round brilliant blue sapphire in a low set prong setting with an open back. Size 7.5. Prong settings have a delicate look but should be worn with care to ensure the durability and safety of the stone.
